IHG Hostess / Host 迎宾员(全日餐厅) in Shenzhen, China
- 负责全日餐厅入口区域的宾客迎送、引导与分流,提供礼貌、专业、一致的接待服务;
- 准确掌握当日餐位预订情况及现场客流动态,合理安排座位并及时协调前厅资源;
- 协助处理宾客咨询、特殊需求及初步投诉,按标准流程转介至相关岗位跟进;
- 维护迎宾区域环境整洁与设施完好,确保服务动线顺畅、形象规范;
配合完成班次交接、基础数据记录(如到店人数、预订状态等)及临时交办的运营支持工作。
身体健康,具备良好的服务意识与沟通表达能力;
- 具备1年以上酒店或高端餐饮行业迎宾、前台或客户服务相关工作经验者优先;
- 普通话标准,具备基础英语听说能力,能应对日常宾客交流;
- 形象端正,举止得体,具备较强的应变能力与团队协作精神;
- 能适应轮班制工作安排,包括周末、节假日及晚间时段。
