IHG Hostess / Host 迎宾员（全日餐厅） in Shenzhen, China
- 负责全日餐厅入口区域的宾客迎送、引导与分流，提供礼貌、专业、一致的接待服务；
- 准确掌握当日餐位预订情况及现场客流动态，合理安排座位并及时协调前厅资源；
- 协助处理宾客咨询、特殊需求及初步投诉，按标准流程转介至相关岗位跟进；
- 维护迎宾区域环境整洁与设施完好，确保服务动线顺畅、形象规范；
配合完成班次交接、基础数据记录（如到店人数、预订状态等）及临时交办的运营支持工作。
身体健康，具备良好的服务意识与沟通表达能力；
- 具备1年以上酒店或高端餐饮行业迎宾、前台或客户服务相关工作经验者优先；
- 普通话标准，具备基础英语听说能力，能应对日常宾客交流；
- 形象端正，举止得体，具备较强的应变能力与团队协作精神；
- 能适应轮班制工作安排，包括周末、节假日及晚间时段。
