IHG Hostess / Host 迎宾员(Novia轻食店） in Shenzhen, China
- 负责顾客到店时的迎送、引导与等候安排，提供亲切、专业的第一印象服务；
- 协调餐位调度，实时更新座位状态，合理分流客流，保障门店运营顺畅；
- 协助处理顾客咨询、预约登记及简单客诉响应，及时转达至相关岗位人员；
保持迎宾区域整洁有序，维护品牌形象与服务环境。
年满18周岁，具备良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识；
- 普通话流利，具备基础英语听说能力者优先（非强制要求）；
- 具备餐饮行业前厅服务经验者优先，无经验者可接受系统培训；
- 形象端正，举止得体，能适应轮班制及节假日工作安排；
- 遵守劳动法律法规，无违法犯罪记录，能提供合法有效的身份及健康证明。
