IHG Health Club Supervisor 康乐部主管 in Shenzhen, China
- 全面负责酒店健身中心的日常运营与现场管理，包括设施维护、开放秩序、安全巡查及卫生监管；
- 组织开展健身器材使用指导、基础体测服务及健康咨询，提升宾客健身体验与满意度；
- 管理健身中心服务人员排班、培训与绩效考核，确保服务流程标准化、专业化；
- 监督执行国家及行业关于公共场所安全、消防、特种设备（如跑步机、力量器械）使用与维保的相关规定；
- 处理宾客咨询、意见及突发情况，及时响应并闭环反馈，维护酒店服务品质形象；
配合酒店市场及前厅部门，支持住客健康服务推广及跨部门协作项目落地。
同岗位工作经验，体育教育、运动康复、酒店管理或相关专业优先；
- 具备星级酒店、高端公寓或商业健身场所一线管理经验，有独立带班及服务标准执行经历；
- 熟悉健身器材操作与基础维护常识，持有社会体育指导员证、救生员证、急救证书（如红十字救护员证）者优先；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识和责任心，能适应倒班及节假日工作安排；
- 普通话标准，具备基本英语听说能力，可熟练使用办公软件；
