IHG Food and Beverage Service Attendant 餐饮服务员（宴会） in Shenzhen, China
- 负责宴会厅内宾客接待、席位引导、点单服务及餐中巡台等全流程餐饮服务工作；
- 按照服务标准规范完成餐具摆台、酒水斟倒、菜品上桌、撤换餐具等操作，保障服务品质与宾客体验；
- 协同厨房、吧台及宴会统筹团队，及时响应现场需求，妥善处理宾客合理咨询与服务诉求；
- 保持服务区域环境整洁、设施完好，落实食品安全与卫生管理基本要求；
遵守企业服务流程与职业操守，保守客户信息及经营相关信息，不泄露、不滥用求职者或宾客个人信息。
具备完全民事行为能力，符合国家关于劳动用工的法定年龄要求；
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识，能适应宴会服务节奏快、协作性强的工作特点；
- 具有餐饮服务相关工作经验者优先，无经验者可接受系统岗前培训；
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病，持有有效健康证明，符合《食品安全法》从业人员健康要求；
