IHG Food and Beverage Service Attendant 餐饮服务员（大堂吧） in Shenzhen, China
- 负责大堂吧区域顾客接待、点单、上菜、酒水服务及结账等全流程餐饮服务工作；
- 保持服务区域环境整洁、设施完好，及时补充物料并规范摆放；
- 主动关注顾客需求，提供礼貌、专业、高效的服务，妥善处理现场咨询与合理诉求；
- 配合团队完成营业前准备、营业中协作及营业后收尾工作，遵守食品安全与操作规范；
如实记录服务过程中的异常情况，及时向上级反馈运营改进建议。
年满18周岁，身体健康，无传染性疾病，具备正常履行岗位职责的身体条件；
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排；
- 具有1年以上酒店或高端餐饮场所服务经验者优先，接受应届毕业生应聘；
- 普通话流利，具备基础英语对话能力者优先；
- 遵守职业操守，无违法犯罪记录，能严格保守顾客及企业相关信息。
