IHG Food and Beverage Service Attendant 餐饮服务员（全日餐厅） in Shenzhen, China
- 负责全日餐厅宾客接待、点单、上菜、席间服务及结账等全流程餐饮服务工作；
- 保持服务区域整洁有序，规范摆放餐具、餐巾及服务用品，确保符合食品安全与卫生标准；
- 主动响应宾客需求，妥善处理服务过程中的咨询与合理诉求，提升顾客满意度；
配合班组长完成日常交接、物料清点及基础报表填写等工作。
年满18周岁，身体健康，无传染性疾病，具备正常履行岗位职责的身体条件；
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排；
- 具有酒店或餐饮行业一线服务经验者优先，接受应届毕业生应聘；
- 普通话流利，具备基础英语会话能力者更佳；
- 遵守职业操守，无违法犯罪记录，能提供合法有效的身份证明及健康证明材料。
