IHG Finance Operation Manager财务运作经理 in Shenzhen, China

  1. 全面负责酒店财务运营管理工作,包括日常收支核算、应收账款管理、应付账款结算、成本费用控制及现金流监控;
  2. 组织编制并审核酒店月度/年度财务报表、经营分析报告及预算执行情况,及时预警经营风险并提出优化建议;
  3. 统筹酒店税务申报、发票管理及税负合规工作,确保符合国家税收法规及行业监管要求;
  4. 优化酒店财务流程与内控机制,推动财务系统高效应用与数据集成;
  5. 协同运营、采购、餐饮、房务等部门,落实业财融合管理,支持酒店经营决策与绩效提升;
  6. 管理财务团队,开展业务培训、绩效管理与人才发展,保障财务服务的专业性、准确性与时效性。

  7. 本科及以上学历,财务、会计、审计或相关专业,持有初级及以上会计职称,具备CPA、CMA或酒店财务管理相关认证者优先;

  8. 5年以上酒店行业财务工作经验,其中至少2年担任单体四星级以上酒店或连锁酒店集团财务主管/财务副经理及以上职务;
  9. 熟悉酒店行业会计核算特点(如客房收入确认、餐饮成本结转、外包业务结算等),精通《企业会计准则》及酒店业税务实务;
  10. 熟练操作主流酒店管理系统(PMS)及财务软件,具备财务流程优化与数字化落地实践经验;
  11. 具备良好的职业道德、保密意识与合规意识,无违法违规记录,认同 hospitality 行业服务理念与职业规范。
