IHG Dormitory Supervisor 宿舍主管 in Shenzhen, China

  1. 负责员工宿舍日常运营管理,包括入住登记、退宿办理、房间分配及调换协调;
  2. 组织开展宿舍安全巡查、卫生检查与设施维护跟进,及时发现并上报安全隐患;
  3. 处理住宿员工的咨询、投诉与突发事务,协调相关部门妥善解决;
  4. 执行宿舍管理制度,开展合规宣导,确保住宿行为符合企业规定及法律法规要求;
  5. 定期汇总宿舍运营数据,编制运行报告,提出优化建议。

  6. 高中及以上学历,具备2年以上后勤管理、物业管理或住宿服务相关工作经验;

  7. 熟悉宿舍管理流程及安全规范,具备基础消防知识和应急处置能力;
  8. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、责任心强,能独立处理日常事务及突发情况;
  9. 遵守国家法律法规,无违法违纪记录,认同企业价值观;
  10. 能适应轮班或应急响应工作安排(如遇突发事件需及时到场处理)。
