IHG Dormitory Supervisor 宿舍主管 in Shenzhen, China
- 负责员工宿舍日常运营管理，包括入住登记、退宿办理、房间分配及调换协调；
- 组织开展宿舍安全巡查、卫生检查与设施维护跟进，及时发现并上报安全隐患；
- 处理住宿员工的咨询、投诉与突发事务，协调相关部门妥善解决；
- 执行宿舍管理制度，开展合规宣导，确保住宿行为符合企业规定及法律法规要求；
定期汇总宿舍运营数据，编制运行报告，提出优化建议。
高中及以上学历，具备2年以上后勤管理、物业管理或住宿服务相关工作经验；
- 熟悉宿舍管理流程及安全规范，具备基础消防知识和应急处置能力；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、责任心强，能独立处理日常事务及突发情况；
- 遵守国家法律法规，无违法违纪记录，认同企业价值观；
- 能适应轮班或应急响应工作安排（如遇突发事件需及时到场处理）。
