IHG Director of Business Development 业务拓展总监(会务销售) in Shenzhen, China

  1. 制定并实施酒店会务销售战略,统筹会议、宴会、展览及企业活动等全品类会务业务的市场拓展与营收目标达成;
  2. 开拓并维护企业客户、行业协会、旅行社、MICE代理机构及政府单位等核心客源,建立长期稳定的合作关系;
  3. 主导大型会议及宴会项目的全流程销售管理,包括需求对接、方案定制、报价谈判、合同签署及跨部门协同落地;
  4. 分析酒店会务市场动态与竞对策略,优化价格体系、产品组合及销售话术,提升酒店在区域会务市场的占有率与品牌影响力;
  5. 指导并赋能销售团队,开展业务培训、绩效管理与过程督导,推动团队专业能力与业绩持续提升。

  6. 本科及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、市场营销等相关专业优先;

  7. 具备7年以上高星级酒店或国际连锁酒店集团会务销售经验,其中至少3年担任销售主管或以上管理岗位;
  8. 熟悉酒店前厅、餐饮、宴会、设施运营等业务模块,具备独立运作百人以上会议、千万元级年度会务销售额的成功案例;
  9. 具备优秀的客户洞察力、商务谈判能力及抗压能力,能高效处理多线程项目与突发性客户需求;
  10. 具备良好的中文表达能力,英语可作为工作语言,能熟练进行英文提案撰写与客户沟通;
