IHG Chopper 3 砧板 3 in Shenzhen, China

  1. 负责中厨房冷荤、热荤或综合砧板岗位的食材初加工、切配及预制工作,确保规格符合出品标准;
  2. 严格执行食品安全操作规范,落实生熟分开、标识清晰、工用具专用等卫生要求;
  3. 配合厨师长及灶台岗位完成备餐任务,保障出菜时效与质量稳定性;
  4. 做好本岗位设备设施日常清洁与基础维护,参与班前班后卫生整理及物料盘点。

  5. 具备1年以上中餐厨房砧板岗位工作经验,熟悉常见食材特性及刀工标准;

  6. 持有有效健康证明,无传染性疾病,能胜任食品加工相关作业;
  7. 具备基本食品安全知识,责任心强,具备良好的团队协作意识与抗压能力;
