IHG Chef De Partie 厨师主管(风味餐厅) in Shenzhen, China
- 负责酒店风味餐厅的日常出品管理,确保菜品质量、口味、摆盘及出餐时效符合标准;
- 参与菜单更新、新品研发、成本控制及标准化流程执行;
- 落实食品安全与厨房卫生管理要求,监督所辖区域操作规范与人员健康执行;
协助排班、培训及团队日常管理,保障后厨高效有序运行。
高端酒店或风味餐厅相关岗位工作经验;
- 熟练掌握菜品制作工艺,具备独立出品能力;
- 具备基本管理意识与协作能力,能适应轮班工作;
- 符合食品从业人员健康要求,无法律禁止从业情形;
