IHG All Day Dining Demi Chef De Partie 厨师领班(全日餐厅厨房) in Shenzhen, China

  1. 负责西厨房各功能区(如热厨、冷厨、烧烤、面点等)的日常生产组织、人员调度与出品质量管控;
  2. 严格执行标准菜谱、食品安全操作规范及酒店卫生管理制度,确保菜品安全、稳定、符合出品标准;
  3. 参与食材验收、库存盘点、成本分析及损耗控制,协助厨师长优化厨房运营效率;
  4. 配合完成内外部食品安全审核、设备维护保养及厨房现场管理工作。

  5. 具备五星级酒店或高端餐饮企业西厨房工作经验;

  6. 精通西餐主流烹饪技术;
  7. 持有有效的健康证明;
