IGNITE POSITION - Student Support
1 FTE Associate
Provide online student support.
Monitors student attendance and progress
Serve as the primary point of contact for online students needing academic or behavioral support.
Assist students with navigating learning platforms, accessing resources, and resolving technical issues.
Monitor student progress and engagement, and provide individualized support or referrals as needed.
Facilitate virtual check-ins on academic success.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs and implement interventions.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and support services provided.
Coordinate with IT and student services to ensure seamless access to technology and campus resources
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Travel required on an occasional basis.
Reports to IGNITE Principal
Hourly Wage: $16.49
