RN Clinical Educator: This 1.0 FTE/Full-time position is scheduled to work 8-HR day shifts.
Compensation: Exempt, $47.46/HR - $67.80/HR

Job Summary:
The RN Educator is responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of educational programs for nursing and clinical staff across the district (e.g., medical assistants, LPNs, RNs, etc.) to ensure clinical competency, regulatory compliance, and excellence in patient care. This role supports onboarding, ongoing education, skills validation, and professional development through evidence-based practice and adult learning principles.
