You Are

You are a deposit product expert with experience building and managing deposit or liquidity products within a commercial banking or treasury services environment. You bring a mix of product strategy, client engagement, and balance sheet understanding, and are comfortable partnering with relationship managers and internal teams to drive growth and optimize deposit performance.

Core Functions

Product Ownership – Deposit Product Strategy & Oversight

  • Own and evolve deposit and liquidity product offerings

  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and commercialization approach

  • Drive deposit growth, pricing strategy, and portfolio optimization

  • Lead product enhancements across digital platforms, pricing, and structuring

  • Drive initiatives to grow deposit balances and optimize funding mix

Client & Commercial Support

  • Partner with relationship managers to support client conversations and solution structuring

  • Act as SME on deposit and liquidity solutions

  • Support the evolution of treasury services (ACH, wires, sweeps, fraud tools, digital platforms)

  • Evaluate product profitability and recommend improvements to drive revenue and efficiency

  • Participate in client reviews to identify opportunities and deepen relationships

Risk, Controls, & Cross-Functional

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Reg E, OFAC, NACHA, UCC 4A)

  • Maintain strong controls across treasury products and client access

  • Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, and Sales to align product strategy with bank objectives

  • Support audits, regulatory exams, and risk assessments

Requirements You Bring

  • 5–8+ years of experience in deposit or treasury services product management

  • Direct experience managing deposit or liquidity products within a bank

  • Experience supporting commercial banking clients and working with relationship managers

  • Strong understanding of deposit pricing, portfolio management, and balance sheet dynamics

  • Financial acumen to support product strategy and deal structuring

  • Familiarity with treasury platforms and ACH/Wire systems

Location:

This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in the Shelton, CT office required or 2 days per week if living in the Tristate area. (No relocation assistance offered.)
