Entry Level Welder
Job Description
Join our team as a Welder, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders. You will be part of a dynamic environment that supplies essential warehouse parts to distribution centers.
Responsibilities
Perform repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders.
Maintain production numbers while ensuring quality standards.
Set up jigs and fixtures by making necessary adjustments.
Operate equipment efficiently to meet production standards.
Use measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
Keep all required records and maintain a clean work area.
Follow verbal and written instructions for operating dies and equipment.
Perform processes such as fixture set-ups, buffing, spot welding, operating special welding fixtures, MIG welding, loading jigs, packing, deburring, sorting, and reworking parts.
Essential Skills
Experience in MIG welding and passing a weld test.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in a welding capacity, whether in farming or manufacturing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Machine loading experience is a plus.
Strong attendance and punctuality.

This is a Contract position based out of Shelbyville, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.
