Prince Technology Solutions, Inc. Senior UX Designer in Shelby Twp, Michigan
Design In-Vehicle Transportation Management Systems and In-Vehicle Enterprise Fleet UX applications. Lead end-to-end design processes, from user research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation. Design intuitive and scalable user interfaces using tools including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across platforms. Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to enhance product functionality and usability. Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to visualize workflows and refine design concepts. Drive cross-functional alignment by presenting design rationale to stakeholders. Implement accessibility standards to ensure designs are inclusive for all users. Use Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), InVision, Axure RP, UserTesting.com, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Abstract, Zeplin, HTML, CSS, Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Work Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Master -- Media Design or Graphic Design
Experience: Two (2) years. Experience must include work with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and Transportation Management System (TMS).
