Job Description BrightStar Care of Sterling Heights is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Manager. This leadership role oversees clinical operations, ensures high-quality patient care, and supports both skilled and non-skilled home care services. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with home care, home health, or private duty experience who is ready to step into a leadership role. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in IV therapy, PICC line care, and high-acuity patients  What We Offer: * Travel time reimbursement where appropriate * Weekly pay w/ direct deposit * Flexible schedule * We promote from within * Free continuing education * We offer flexible work schedules on a variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments * Weekend and evening opportunities, in-home and facility based Responsibilities * Perform client assessments, reassessments, and develop individualized care plans * Supervise and support nurses and caregivers in the field * Ensure compliance with Michigan regulations and agency standards * Oversee skilled nursing services, including: * Medication administration * Wound care * IV therapy and PICC line. port, experience * Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and referral sources * Review clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance * Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of clinical staff * Address client concerns and ensure high-quality care delivery Qualifications * Active RN license in Michigan (required) * 2+ years of nursing experience (home care/home health preferred) * Experience with IV therapy and PICC line care strongly preferred * Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Experience with EMR/documentation systems Preferred Experience * Private duty home care * Skilled home care services * IV infusions, PICC lines, ports, or central line care * Workers’ compensation or auto injury cases We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
