Position: Machinery Operator & Overhead Irrigation Supervisor

Job Description: Operate large farm equipment and machinery (tractors, combine, pesticide sprayer) for cultivating, insecticide and fertilizer application, and for planting and harvesting of cotton,
soybeans, corn, and rice crops. Minor maintenance duties performed on tractors, planters, tillage equipment, and harvest equipment, such as greasing, checking fluid levels, and periodic oil changes.
Responsible for operating the center pivot overhead irrigation systems and ensuring the units and power source are serviced and operating properly (check fluids daily, periodic oil changes,
troubleshooting).
Requirements: 24 months of agricultural equipment operator experience. Applicator Certificate or ability to obtain.
