Under the direction of the Materials Manager, this position is responsible for all activities related to material receipt, storage, control and internal distribution at the Rehlko Power Systems facility located in Mosel, WI. Working with scheduling & production, this position will ensure the production lines are in constant supply of material with minimal loss in productivity or inventory. Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:00pm to 11:00pm Location: N7650 County Rd LS Sheboygan, WI Specific Responsibilities: * Conduct monthly safety training for all areas of responsibility and ensure associates are working safely including wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Report, investigate and follow through on all safety issues in assigned area. * Schedule associates, set expectations and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery of material to point of use on time with quality. * Owns the proper storage of material. Works to maintain optimal inventory accuracy to meet the requirements shared by the Materials Manager - Mosel. * Ensure associates follow appropriate non-conformance and LOTO procedures. * Hold associates accountable to safety / quality / performance / attendance standards. * Coordinate the training and development of associates to meet job expectations. * Ensure associates have all equipment necessary to perform the job.
