We are actively seeking both full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a fast-paced, supportive, and tight-knit clinical team in Sheboygan, WI. This role centers on donor screenings, physicals, and eligibility assessments in a structured and consistent environment — ideal for nurses who enjoy teamwork, steady workflow, and professional growth without the physical demands of acute care.

Hours & Schedule
Facility open 7 days per week
Full-Time: 40 hours per week (5 shifts, 8 hours each)
Part-Time: 30 hours per week
Weekend rotation required , structured as:
One weekend fully off
One weekend working Saturday & Sunday
One weekend working Saturday or Sunday
One additional weekend working Saturday & Sunday
Rotation through open, mid, and closing shifts
Closed on major holidays
Position Overview
In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring donor eligibility through accurate screenings and clinical assessments. The pace is steady and team-oriented, while remaining significantly less physically demanding than traditional bedside nursing roles.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of 5–8 nurses in a process-driven clinical setting.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct donor physical assessments and eligibility screenings
Obtain height, weight, and vital signs
Perform finger-stick testing (hematocrit and protein)
Complete basic clinical assessment tasks
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate closely with clinical team members
What You Won’t Do
No heavy lifting
No venipuncture required (cross-training available if interested)
No complex medication dosage calculations
Compensation
Pay Rate: $28-$29.50/hour
