JOB REQUIREMENTS: DIRECT HIRE Do you have experience with machine start-up installation projects? Are you a great communicator and problem solver? This position is responsible for the installation and technical support of customer equipment, both onsite and remotely via phone or electronic communication. Key responsibilities include performing or overseeing the mechanical installation of equipment at customer locations, conducting initial start-up procedures, and providing training to customer personnel. The role also involves troubleshooting equipment issues, delivering technical guidance, and supporting software-related inquiries. This position operates in a fast-paced environment and requires a self-motivated, adaptable individual who is ready to take on new challenges. Travel to customer sites throughout North America is required, with travel commitments ranging from 6080% for installation projects. The company understands the importance of work-life balance and has a strong track recordbarring rare exceptionsof ensuring field service team members are home each weekend. Candidates of all experience levels will be considered; however, preference will be given to those with 13 years of related experience in field service, electronics manufacturing, or electro-mechanical maintenance.
