Your Role: We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join the Sheboygan Electronics R&D team to support the development of organometallic compounds for the metallics research group in Sheboygan. The ideal candidate will be the shift lead to oversee safety, run projects, monitor processes, lead operators and monitor the building. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in chemistry, biochemistry or engineering 3-5 years\' experience in chemical industry. Proficiency with analytical techniques and equipment such as, GC, NMR, IR Effective oral and written skills Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of safe chemical handling methods Interpersonal and organizational skills Strong leadership skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors in chemistry 3-5 years experience in chemistry industry Experience with process scale-up and optimization. 2 years experience leading a team Knowledge of ISO Quality standards and 6S Proficiency in statistical analysis and data management What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
