Job Description:
Accepts accountability for problem-solving issues and work with leaders to resolve clinical issues.
Participates in shared decision-making by working on committees and providing input to committee representatives.
Seeks assistance from others and acts as a resource to coworkers to provide optimal patient care through teamwork.
Attends all hospital, unit mandatory, and continuing education requirements. Utilizes the Nursing Process (Assess, Plan, Implement, and Evaluate) to provide optimal patient care.
Demonstrates accurate assessment skills appropriate to patient population based on evidence, policy, and practice standards.

• 2+ years acute care experience [Preferred]
