COMMUNITY HORIZONS LLC Urgent Caregiver needed in SHAWANO, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Urgent needs: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 1:30-4:30pm Sunday 2:30-4:30 pm Saturday and Sunday Morning 9am-10am Daily (Sunday-Saturday) 8:15pm-9:15 pm Client is a participant in Self-directed care; this is not an agency. You will also have a fiscal agent employer who pays you; however, you will work with the member (client) directly to create a schedule. Key Responsibilities: Assist with transfers using an Easy Trak system Support with toileting and mobility Provide daily hygiene and body positioning assistance Help with range of motion (ROM) exercises Light Housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming Ideal Candidate Qualities: Reliable, dependable, and attentive Friendly and personable with strong communication skills Able to follow directions and maintain a good work ethic Physically capable of performing care duties Holds a valid driver\'s license and has reliable transportation Comfortable in a pet-friendly home environment Why this position could be a great fit for you....
