Job Description
We help shape the world around us — from high-rise buildings to educational, cultural, research and transportation facilities. Our design process is based on energy-efficient building systems, and an appropriate selection of materials and form to maximize environmental conditions and long-term performance.
We are looking for Landscape Designer to join our prestigious Landscape team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Work with the team lead/ studio lead to propose the landscape design concept for large-scale residential development and infrastructure projects in Hong Kong
Assist with the preparation of reports and drawing for various projects with involvement in design, diagramming, 3D/4D visualization, and rendering
Work closely to assist the team leader to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of landscape architecture projects
Coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees under U+P studios or other business lines participating in an assigned project
Coordinate with contractors and architectural consultants for site construction works; Liaise with material suppliers for project support
Review and apply local standard landscape architecture design techniques, procedures and criteria
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master in Landscape Architecture
Up to 3 years of relevant post-professional qualification experience
Must demonstrate creativity, strong graphics, and good design judgment and most importantly, as desire to learn and grow
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino and/or SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and communicate with the professional disciplines
Ability to work within a team and work independently
Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated
Good command of written and spoken English and/or Mandarin. Cantonese would be a plus
Overseas exposure would be an advantage
