Locally owned, growing company in search of a Customer Support Representative / Concierge to join their team! Searching for an individual with prior experience providing a high level of customer support, experience with scheduling reservations, and computer proficiency. This company offers full training and ongoing support from day one, opportunities for growth, and commission potential down the line. Responsibilities: - Manage new inquiries and customer requests promptly - Build relationships with prospective customers - Coordinate reservations for customers - Handle billing inquiries and process payments - Enter customer data into electronic records systems Requirements: - 1+ year of customer service experience - Computer proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Suite - Ability to retain knowledge of different locations, features, and specialties of the growing company - Excellent relationship building skills This client of ours is looking to hire quickly.
