Job Description
Oversee all aspects of label management, including receipt, approval, issuance, inventory, and reconciliation. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming labels using measuring instruments and specifications. Perform daily inspections of manufacturing areas and verify balances/scales to ensure compliance. Review and disposition manufacturing records and finished products in the ERP system. Issue and maintain packaging instructions, specifications, and quality documentation. Assist in writing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain up-to-date SOP manuals. Support internal and external audits, investigations, and regulatory compliance activities. Provide guidance and support to colleagues on quality principles and best practices. Serve as a backup for incoming inspection and participate in internal audits as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement and customer-focused quality goals.

Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field (required for regulatory sign-offs).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of quality principles and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to create and maintain quality documentation and procedures.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with measuring/testing equipment is a plus.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds and balance sitting/standing tasks throughout the day.
Work Environment
3rd Shift – Sunday night through Thursday night, starting at 6:30 PM and ending at 2:30 AM, with a 30-minute break. Join a collaborative, quality-driven team committed to continuous improvement. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sharonville, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
