精通卓越设计 (DFx)、制造设计、组装、测试和故障分析 (FA)。
能够用中英文流利沟通，促进美国工程团队与本地供应商之间的技术讨论。
About the job

Responsibilities
负责电芯和电池组供应商的端到端质量管理，监督从初始采购和新产品引入审核到大批量量产的过渡。
评估电池产品设计 (DFx) 并开发制造工艺（涂布、卷绕、老化），确保产品的规模化生产能力和性能，从而推动实现技术卓越。
实施全面的质量控制方案，并使用 JMP 或 Minitab 等统计工具，主导对供应商现场的技术故障进行深入的根本原因分析 (RCA)，并实施有效的纠正措施 (CAPA)。
在早期开发和生产阶段，通过工艺验证和故障分析跟踪，优化制造良率。
担任美国产品工程团队与亚洲供应商之间的主要技术联络人，促进全球协作，确保在质量标准和交付时间表方面保持协调一致。
