The Position

职位概况：

基于品牌整体发展策略，协助推动速福达在非自营等级医院、基层医疗等广阔市场的业务布局规划与市场管理。协助统筹内外部合作资源，推动产品准入落地与业绩持续增长，优化管理流程及创新商业化运营模式，提升品牌影响力，高效达成市场拓展及销售目标。

核心工作职责：

1、策略及业务计划制定和执行

• 每年根据产品策略及市场洞察协助制定对应拓展渠道策略和实施计划；

• 协助制定渠道商业模式方案及落地计划，以及基于业务需求探索高效新模式；

• 搭建符合广阔医疗市场的学术推广体系，制定相应市场活动并执行，强化速福达在基层及广阔市场的品牌影响力。

2、外部合作伙伴管理

• 协助统筹优质商业伙伴及 CSO 团队的筛选、评估与引进，建立长期稳定的战略合作关系；

• 搭建标准化管理与沟通机制，赋能合作推广团队，持续提升拓展市场覆盖与份额；

• 定期拜访外部合作伙伴，提炼洞察，推动项目迭代升级。

3、内部拓展经理（BPM）赋能

• 定期协访BPM，深度了解工作模式，助力打造BPM能力模型及标准化工作流程；

• 联合培训部制定负责BPM需要的培训计划并定期赋能。

4、项目管理

• 项目有效策划、设计和管理，同时结合不同省份外部政策及合作客户特点设计符合拓展市场的创新项目最大化支持业务的发展；

• 通过项目合作过程中的的业务分析，及时发现成功经验/障碍因素，调整活动策略，最大化投入产出比，推动业务持续向前发展。

Education/Qualifications 教育程度 / 资格证书

・ 大学本科及以上学历

・ 医学、药学、市场营销及相关专业优先

Job Required Competencies 岗位核心胜任力

・ 5年以上医药市场、渠道拓展相关工作经验，其中不少于 2 年市场部经验；

・ 具备经销商或CSO渠道市场或政府事务、疾控、基药推广经验者优先；

・ 较强的策略性思维；

・ 较强的项目管理能力，积极主动，结果导向；

・ 较强的执行力及跨部门沟通能力。
