作为销售战略和运营高级助理,您要负责衔接地区战略与技术执行,与销售领导层直接合作,并主导开展向运营层面的过渡工作。
您要专注于实现卓越运营,致力于持续改进流程并发现创新机会;能够将复杂的业务需求提炼成可执行的自动化工作流程,并与利益相关方合作,确保我们的运营工作与所售产品一样先进;从您设计的流程中提取洞见,为领导层决策提供支持;游刃有余地负责销售引擎的战略规划和技术细节;评估现有工作流程,从数据中提取洞见,并主导开展相关计划,以实现持续改进。

Responsibilities
