基本要求:
拥有学士学位，或具备同等水平的实践经验。
在使用数字媒体或数字营销/广告解决方案、投放数字广告系列、衡量数字广告系列效果以及提供客户解决方案方面，有 5 年经验。
善于将定量数据转化为富有实用价值的分析洞见。
熟练运用 SQL 或脚本，构建数据模型或分析型信息中心，以便从数据集中挖掘分析洞见。
能够用中英文流利沟通，与本地客户和地区内的合作伙伴开展协作。
优先条件:
拥有硕士学位。
持有 Google Analytics 和数字广告效果衡量认证。
在媒体组合建模、A/B 测试、增量、营销分析和高级 Google Analytics 集成方面，有 8 年经验。
既能独立开展工作，也能与团队成员紧密合作。
能够适用快节奏的工作环境，并能高效管理时间。

Responsibilities
根据客户的营销目标 (MO) 和效果衡量目标，深入洞察他们的需求，并根据客户的资格条件提供最佳效果衡量策略并确定合适的 KPI。
为客户设计并执行效果衡量研究（转化量提升研究、MMM 校准等），并进行优化以确保 StatSig 能够读取提升效果。
了解效果衡量平台（例如 Google Ads、GeoX 或 CL 平台）和用于设计效果衡量研究的高级问题解决能力。对模型结果进行分类，并对更广泛的媒体策划进行投资回报率分析。分析跨渠道的归因提升效果，以便制定正确的渠道策略。
与客户主管 (AE) 和媒体效果 rPL (rPSA) 合作，为客户解读效果衡量结果，并确定机会，以提高关键解决方案的产品采用率并增加投资。
