拥有计算机科学专业学士学位，或具备同等水平的实践经验。
有 15 年从事基础设施即服务 (IaaS) 或平台即服务 (PaaS) 销售工作的经验。
有 15 年在云生态中担任售前负责人或业绩型解决方案架构师的经验。
有 10 年面向客户的工作经验，主导过各类客户合作项目（例如咨询服务、项目管理、销售、项目实施或技术销售）。
在为业务扩展提供支持的云原生架构和新型技术栈方面有相关经验，包括云、数据和 AI 技术方面的经验。
优先条件:
拥有计算机科学专业的 MBA 学位或硕士学位。
有在大中华区企业和数字原生业务市场工作的经验。
有在飞速发展的环境中工作的经验，并且有拓展业务或业务线的经验。
有与销售团队、产品团队和工程团队跨职能合作的经验。
About the job
作为 Google Cloud 高级解决方案和实践总监，您要肩负起领导者的责任，运用自己的经验并发挥思想引领作用，协助我们为大中华区的 AI 产品和服务擘画宏伟蓝图，制定战略方向。您将加入亚太地区 AI 领导团队，同战略客户支持团队和销售领导层合作，推动大中华区的客户采用我们的解决方案，并重点关注出海客户。您要结合运用协议支持、合作伙伴赋能、策略咨询服务和协议结构设计方面的能力，而且务必要充分利用客户体验改进方面的能力。您要与相应的销售资源合作，并为跨职能的业务拓展团队提供支持。
此外，您的另一项关键职责是收集来自客户和现场团队的产品反馈，将其传达给内部利益相关方和工程人员，并消除客户面临的障碍，或面向客户加速推出关键功能。

Responsibilities
主导和发展大中华区 Google Cloud 客户解决方案架构师工程部门的 AI 应用业务，并提升在这些业务方面的能力。
推动大中华区客户采用 Cloud AI 和应用型 AI 产品，并重点关注出海客户。
与现场销售和客户解决方案工程领导层合作，实现我们宏伟的业务目标。
监督并协调专注于高级解决方案和 Cloud AI 应用的销售专家的活动，确保对高增长客户和数字原生业务客户采取统一的方法。
担任关键技术负责人，凭借对 AI 的深刻理解，为销售和客户互动提供支持。
