To strengthen our team in Shanghai , we are looking for you as a(n) Technical Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Take the responsibility of technical service and management in Greater China for Wacker silicone construction chemicals business.
Provide technical support to commercial team through application-oriented offerings, application regulations and requirements, product portfolio, process knowhow, and technical training.
Customer support of new product/solution introduction, daily service, complaint handling.
Responsible for strategic technical market development, including support product portfolio management, benchmark test and analysis, technology transfer in tech team, market information collection, strategy contribution.
Strengthen technical marketing platform as Chinese brochures, PPT for seminars, exhibition, and promotion tools to support business growth.
Drive product development and/or product modification according to the local market requirements.
Coordinates technical services between sales, Germany site, ZJG plant and customers with newly developed techniques or practices in processing company products.
Maintain equipment, chemical agents and furniture in lab to ensure daily laboratory experiments running smoothly as well as the safety, health and environment protection of daily work.
Willing travel within China and to other locations on demand.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor degree in chemistry or related majors
Fluent in both oral and written English skill

Initiative, good communication skills and a team player
