Position Overview
This position is responsible for effectively collaborating with AMT (Advanced Manufacturing Technology) global, Smart CPT (Core Process Technology) and business units across TE to achieve productivity and gross margin improvement that are aligned with TE strategy. The successful candidate is responsible for international project coordination and management, project process management, internal and external communication during project execution.
This role provides the candidate with opportunity to join a high performing organization within TE. The position will serve customers from multiple business units and manufacturing sites globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Support AMT global team and Smart CPT on business process and admin work, including procurement, document management, meeting arrangements, logistics management, seminars and global events etc.
Support global AI Cup on team coordination, taking the regional leader role as needed
Global AMT project coordination and management, including milestone management, schedule management and resource management
Proactively manage the project process milestones to make sure the smooth project execution
Effective communication within team, BU customers of global and external partners
Promote a culture that reflects company’s values, and promote positive and inclusive work environment
Key Requirements:
Bachelor or above. Background of engineering will be preferred
At least 3 years’ experience in engineering project management
Proven records of successful collaboration with teams of multiple regions on the project execution
Demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent language skills in English and Chinese

What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
