Job Overview
Establishes, monitors, and optimizes short-term and long-term procurement strategies and aligns them with business goals.
Job Requirements
Responsible for strategic sourcing of operation related commodities in APAC. Develop and maintain relationship with internal and external customers, ensuring TE receives the best value for goods and services.
Lead VOC and business review with BU operation leaders, make operation related indirect procurement strategy, identify key drivers for conversion cost improvement.
Facilitate S2P process excellence, boost non-touched PO, self-served sourcing and process compliance from commodity management perspective.
Supplier management, secure supplier safety improvement, supplier consolidation, and strategic supplier relationships.
Develop talents and drive a safe, fair and productive working environment.
What your background should look like
Demonstrated procurement competencies (business acumen, negotiation, sourcing strategy, project management) and capability to work independently on multiple assignments.
Experience of managing indirect procurement in manufacturing companies with multiple locations.
Minimal 5 years team management experience
Can-do attitude, willing to make changes and innovations.
Strong ability to get consensus among function leaders and obtain the best solutions for TE.
English and mandarin are required
