Job Overview
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Job Overview
As a key member of the team and project gate keeper the PMO will provide expert advice to the leadership team on the “value add” (benefits/productivity/scalability) of all proposed projects. In addition, the PMO will ensure that the skills required to identify, develop and present projects for review are in place and that all projects meet the criteria of the HR Solutions Strategy on performance excellence.As part of the drive for performance excellence the PMO will ensure TEOA( TE Operation Advantage) principles are applied in the development of all proposed projects from charter to implementation and will advise the team on actions/initiatives required to achieve 5-star rating for function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the portfolio of projects, including prioritizing, resourcing, managing expectations, resolving major issues, and driving to successful project completion
Lead major change initiatives and secure stakeholder support by integrating business executive and HR leadership input into the decision-making process
Recommend and execute improvements to processes that increase efficiency, consistency and service delivery.
Ensure projects are developed and implemented utilizing the principles TEOA
Lead implementation of major projects bringing a focus on project management, change management best practices, and strategic communications
Manage project members outside of hierarchy; lead by influence to ensure deadlines and goals are met
Develop and deliver project recommendations to Sr. Director of APAC regional HR partner and other senior HR management and all stakeholders
Lead programs for strategic success and continual improvement while overseeing the one-time and recurring projects that deliver the programs. Truly owns the implementation and coaching of continuous improvement practices across the APAC portfolio of projects
Collaborate with other leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects, and to drive cross-functional alignment on goals and issue resolution.
Establish and maintain PMO guidelines, methodologies and processes, to function effectively and to maintain cross-functional alignment
Identify opportunities for continual improvement both within the PMO and across the rest of the business
Remove major obstacles and escalate key issues and decisions when appropriate to ensure individual program and company success
Leverage internal and external resources to organize HR sharing for HR team development.
Support M&A due diligence by needs
Lead internal communication for team engagement and key initiatives promotion
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
University degree of relevant studies.
Minimum 10+ years of professional working experience in HR environment required
Excellent program and project management experience with demonstrated results.
Experience of utilization of TEOA principles - TEOA practitioner
Prior experience in a matrixed environment is a plus
Experience leading business transformation projects including process improvement and change management
Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
Analytical approach with strong attention to detail and project interdependencies and with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to establish rapport with and influence senior business executives and HR colleagues
Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
