As an Sr Advanced Software Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing software under the LenelS2 OnGuard product line. In this role, you will impact the security landscape by contributing to industry-leading solutions which protect and manage critical infrastructure for our clients, enhancing their operational efficiency and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing and implementing software for the LenelS2 OnGuard platform
Participating in the full software development cycle
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in software development
Very good knowledge of C++14 or above, C#, SQL
Very good knowledge of distributed systems, client-server architecture and REST API
Experience with and willingness to leverage GenAI coding assistants (i.e. GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex)
Good written English communication skills

Experience in developing distributed or high-performance systems
Background in gathering or shaping requirements for the product
Experience with any of the following: C++ 14 and beyond, C# (.NET Framework), Message Broker (e.g. RabbitMQ), Rust, Visual Studio
