Honeywell Sr Account Manager in Shanghai, China
Set up relations and networks in shipyard and shipowner side, and get early leads for newbuildings.
Influence vendor list and support company in a good position to win newbuildings.
Draft technical proposal and attend technical meeting to finalize technical agreement.
Develop and present technical arguments effectively and influence others accordingly
Attend bid meeting and know the process and details to increase winning chance.
Be able to negotiate contract terms with customers independently.
Follow up project, assist to close approval comments and update mutually agreed delivery plan.
Assist order management team for FAT test and proactively communicate shipping details with factories and customers.
Attendance at shipyards including oversight of system commissioning activities. Coordinate warranty claims with service team
Drive for spares and retrofit projects
11.Assist to other department for new products as SAM expansions, organize visits or meetings for promotions.
12.Collect customer feedback and claims to R&D for improvements.
13.Organize new customers for new products and
Maintain SFDC(CRM), monthly report to review projects and plan customer activities
Fully comply with company policy and compliance.
Educational requirements
1.Higher Degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or a related subject or equivalent industry qualifications (Chief Engineer)
2.A minimum of 3 years working in a marine/mechanical engineering role in the marine industry.
3.Conversant with AutoCAD and/or similar drafting packages. Some experience with Solid Works/3D modelling and PLC programming are desirable although not essential
