Job Description:
Develop, optimize, and validate test methods for tape and adhesive performance.
Build and enhance testing capability, including equipment evaluation and process improvement.
Standardize test procedures, documentation formats, and technical reporting practices.
Ensure testing reliability through method consistency, repeatability, and cross‑lab/location alignment.
Build up and maintain databases of test methods, testing data, testing tools for technical team sharing.
Analyze test data, identify performance trends, and provide clear interpretation to project teams.
Manage technical data sheets (TDS) with testing support, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
Prepare standardized technical reports to support product development, qualification, and customer requests.
Partner with application engineer, product developer, product engineering, and quality teams to ensure test methods meet application needs.
Explore and apply digital and AI tools for data processing, automation, and workflow efficiency.
Support training and knowledge transfer on standardized test methods and best practices.
