Job Description

Role Summary

This role serves as a solution and training specialist for Chromeleon software in China, supporting pharmaceutical QC users by identifying customer pain points, defining customization needs, and delivering structured training programs.

The position plays a key role in driving software adoption, improving laboratory efficiency, and maximizing the value of Chromeleon within customer QC environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Requirement Identification and Solution Definition

· Engage with pharmaceutical QC laboratories to understand real-world challenges

· Identify gaps in automation, reporting compliance, and operational efficiency

· Translate customer needs into structured customization or training requirements

· Collaborate with internal technical teams to support implementation

2. Chromeleon Software Training (Core Responsibility)

· Deliver structured training programs covering:

o Chromeleon basic and advanced usage

o QC workflows and best practices

o Usage of customized reports and automation features

· Adapt training content to different user levels

· Support frequent on-site customer visits and training sessions

3. Solution Promotion and Internal Collaboration

· Convert successful customer cases into standardized solutions or training materials

· Support internal sales, application, and service teams

· Participate in technical seminars or customer workshops when required

4. Continuous Learning and Tool Adoption

· Continuously update knowledge of Chromeleon and industry trends

· Proactively adopt AI and digital tools to improve training effectiveness and efficiency

Qualifications

Required

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields

· Minimum 3 years of experience with HPLC or Chromeleon software

· Strong understanding of pharmaceutical QC laboratory workflows

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Ability to work independently with strong teamwork capability

· Willingness to travel frequently

Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivityPreferred

· Experience in technical or customer training

· Experience in software implementation or workflow optimization projects

· Knowledge of data integrity or regulatory requirements
