Emerson Senior Quality Engineer in Shanghai, China
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Participate in the new product development process, lead the development of test procedures and test fixtures before mass production of new products, participate in DFMEA and PFMEA of new products, and develop control plans for key quality characteristics.
Lead or participate in the product transfer manufacturing process, ensuring consistency of test standards and test fixtures during product transfer manufacturing, and ensuring that products undergo sufficient quality verification before mass production.
Lead quality control in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet design specifications, promptly identifying deviations and taking corrective and preventive actions, and promoting the use of quality control tools (SPC, MSA, DOE) in the manufacturing process.
Participate in the analysis and improvement of technical problems in the manufacturing process.
Lead the quality verification and approval of supplier changes (PCSA process), ensuring the technical compliance, performance reliability, and manufacturing process robustness of changed components.
Lead the manufacturing process review and approval of key suppliers and key components, ensuring the quality stability of supplied components, and conducting periodic reviews of the manufacturing processes of key components.
Diagnose feedback on product quality from the after-sales department, analyze the root cause of product quality problems, and implement corrective and preventive actions, completing 8D analysis reports and providing feedback to customers when necessary.
Learn product application technology to assist in product quality problem analysis and improvement.
Provide appropriate quality training to the manufacturing department, promote quality awareness, and assess manufacturing quality performance.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation or a related field, with expertise in electronic circuits.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in low-voltage equipment technology.
Proficient in using professional design software for mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering.
Ability to interpret circuit diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.
Possesses basic English reading and writing skills, and is fluent in spoken English.
