Key Responsibilities:Lead a team to create the insights that support our strategyDevelop local industry and competitive insights, focusing on Mainland ChinaEnhance local strategy and contribute to development of global strategy through robust insights and deep analysisAnalyze/benchmark/rationalize the strategy based on local considerationsDevelop Integrated insights to support the OU Strategy Leads in framing and aligning on prioritization of key issues and opportunitiesConnect the different research, data, and insights sources to nurture a compelling business strategy in the regionBuild diagnosis by integrating insights from owners by function as a joint team and provide strategic options for solution spaces to MBR or OUPSupport Franchise Strategy Leads by helping them leverage insights across multiple data points to localize and enhance the Franchise StrategyCommunicate and deliver executable bundles that further the Franchise StrategyBuild future insight capabilities for the OU and for the Global EnterpriseWork with OUDTS and Platform Services to develop tools for self-service insights and strengthen our business performance data foundations, leveraging advanced analytics and/or AI tools when applicable.Interface and provide thought leadership with PS, Center, and OU Functions to secure the right data and new methods for developing insightsRequirements & Qualifications:Experience & Leadership15+ years of experience in strategy, insights, analytics, or related fields, including deep exposure to FMCG and the NARTD industry.Proven trajectory influencing senior leadership and shaping enterprise-level strategic decisions.Strong people leadership experience with the ability to elevate teams from analysis to impact.Strategic & Analytical MasteryExceptional synthesis and storytelling skills to translate complex data into compelling strategic narratives.Advanced understanding of analytics, modeling, and research methodologies with the ability to challenge assumptions and outputs.Strong problem framing, systems thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.Expertise in industry, competitive, and execution strategy.Enterprise & System LeadershipAbility to work across functions, cultures, and the Coca‑Cola System to build alignment.Strong facilitation skills to guide senior-level discussions toward clear outcomes.Fluency in leveraging data as a neutral arbiter in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Working knowledge of AI/advanced analytics and continuous tracking methodologies to drive innovation in insights.Agile Methodology, Collaborative Leadership, Communication, Decision Making, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Long Term Planning, Microsoft Office, Process Improvements, Researching, Stakeholder Management, Storytelling, Tactical Planning, Waterfall ModelLocation(s):ChinaCity/Cities:ShanghaiTravel Required:26% - 50%Relocation Provided:NoJob Posting End Date:April 25, 2026Our Purpose and Growth Culture:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
