Position:
Sales Operation Associate
Job Description:
Serves as the customer contact for quotation, order placement, booking and handling all the elements that a customer may have regarding quotations and sales orders. Maintain customer satisfaction by SLA.
Responsible for customer inquiries.
Process customer quotes with accuracy.
Process customer orders accurately and timely by reviewing customer purchase order for accuracy, freight terms, pricing, etc.
Research and resolve order entry issue like pricing, order alerts, holds and other issues per customer requests and make sure order is booked timely in ERP system.
Other tasks assigned.
