As our new Sales Development Manager , you will be spearheading sales transformation and strategy deployment across Industry APAC & China — translating regional priorities into execution roadmaps, building commercial capabilities, and shaping tools and processes around real customer needs to drive adoption and business results. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Industry APAC Strategy Deployment team, you'll create impact by Accelerating sales transformation across APAC & China by connecting customer insights, competitive intelligence, and capability building to deliver measurable commercial growth..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end sales transformation initiatives across APAC, translating priorities into execution roadmaps with clear milestones and multi-country governance

  • Support senior management with structured analysis, executive narratives, steering materials, and decision packs while driving discipline in the regional management cadence

  • Build capability frameworks and deliver training programs in sales planning, market intelligence, forecasting, PDCA, and business case development across country teams

  • Drive Sales Excellence standards and own ECSS governance — designing survey cadence, tracking CSAT/NPS, and translating insights into commercial improvements and close-the-loop actions

  • Conduct competitor landscape assessments, pricing benchmarks, and value-proposition comparisons to inform country strategies, playbooks, and win plans

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Strategy Deployment team through structured coaching, performance management, and cross-country best-practice sharing

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a transformation-minded commercial leader with strong analytical skills, a proven track record in sales excellence or strategy execution in B2B/industrial environments, and a passion for building capabilities and driving change across diverse markets. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales transformation, strategy execution, sales excellence, or customer experience roles in B2B/industrial settings

  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to translate customer and competitive insights into actionable commercial strategies

  • Proven experience in capability building, training design, coaching, and stakeholder management across multiple markets and functions

It is a plus if you also:

  • Strong PDCA/Lean/continuous improvement mindset with hands-on change enablement experience

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across APAC or similarly diverse multi-country regions

  • Familiarity with ECSS/NPS programs and translating voice-of-customer data into commercial action plans
