The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company RTM Program Manager in Shanghai, China
Following the Connected Business Model to make it easier for consumers and trade partners to buy Goodyear tires, interact and run promotion programs for consumer is a critical step in completing and achieving excellence in our Aligned Distribution. The RTM Program Manager position will focus on the following key objectives:
What You'll Do
Achieve RTM business objectives and retailer preference by supporting to develop promotion structure and strategy, and perform post promotion effectiveness assessment to drive efficiency improvement
Manage Goodyear Mini Program e-Store and Goodyear offline consumer promotion programs taking into full consideration Goodyear’s different consumer segments, broad product portfolio, and diverse channels to drive sell-out SOM gain
Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Supply Chain and other key stakeholders) in company planning cycles and design specific programs in line with business growth targets
What We're Looking For
Education: BA, Business or Marketing major would be preferred.
Experience:
Above 8 years working experiences in Sales/Retail/Marketing
FMCG or Financial Insitute background would be preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Deep understanding and insight of tire business and future market development trend
Business acumen, high sensitivity in data analysis, business modeling and negotiation skills
Strong cross-function communication/project management
Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze and propose well-thought out solutions
Excellent sales and retail experience and project management skills
Work under pressure.
Data analytics skills and ability to extract insights
