This manager is responsible for improving project achievement rates according to the company’s project management process, leading cross function team to achieve new products development target in cost, timing and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Organizes relevant departments within the factory to conduct new product cost evaluations, enabling the sales or product management departments to offer competitive pricing.
Lead cross function team to deliver customer new product samples on time and with quality and quantity assured. Based on the customer’s demand plan, determines the internal comprehensive project development schedule, lead milestones and Gate review.
Project document management. Responsible for project documents readiness including project plan, technical and quality documents related to project.
Ensure that all required indicators such as SOP and SIP are ready before mass production and coordinates with relevant departments for mass production handover.
Acts as the main contact window for the project. Ensure customers’ satisfaction.
Work with HSF engineer to identify customers’ requirement and define the internal control process.
Represents the customer to convey requirements, leads and supervises departments to execute accordingly, and coordinates project resources to ultimately meet customer requirements.
Completes other tasks assigned by superiors.
Undertakes safety responsibilities for the position, fulfills safety production obligations, and ensures safe production.
Job Qualifications & Position Competencies:
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. CET-6 and above. TEM-8 is plus
Proficient in computer operation, office software, especially Project software.
Able to communicate well with stakeholders.
Experience in project management in the electronics industry, familiar with IATF16949, especially APQP process is preferred.
Familiar with problem solving tools such as 5 why, why tree.
Experience in metal & die cutting processing is plus.
