Eaton Corporation Procurement and Logistics Specialist in Shanghai, China
What you’ll do:
SCM in purchase order, customs & logistic affairs. To support MTL China team to achieve annual sales target.
Make and send purchase orders to the foreign or domestic suppliers daily.
Adjust PO's date to satisfy the dynamic sales order change, CSR or sales team's request daily.
Communicate with foreign suppliers, push delivery, issue drop shipment instruction, and deal with shortage, repairing, replacement and return issues.
Forecast and control the shipment receipt and inventory wisely for each month.
Make various import or export documents, shipping advice to the receiver, customs broker or international forwarder.
Other affairs related to SCM, Shanghai office, or as supervisor instructed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree majored in SCM, International Trade related subjects
3+ years related work experience in SCM, International Trade, Customs affairs
Strong International Trade, Excel, SAP knowledge
Fluent Writing and speaking English, office software
