Job Description
Process management/Documentation (Process flow chart, PFMEA, CP, OI)
Develop new process，sample parameter set and building
Perform machine/line acceptance, installation, setup and qualification
New product feasibility and industrialization
Perform continuous improvement on process (Handling, material flow, ergonomics)
Improve performance of production line, such as output, CT,OEE, scrap cost
Analyze quality issue and failure mode
Support on customer audit
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering
Professional Experience & skills
Minimum 3 years professional experience in mechanical or electrical assembly ;
Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in automotive industry as a tier 1 or tier 2 suppliers
Good command of written and oral English
Good communication skills, team work spirit and self-awareness.
