-- 预算与策略

-根据年度/季度销售目标,拆解流量缺口,制定天猫站内(直通车、万相台、品专、钻展、超级直播等)年度-季度-月度投放预算与节奏表;

-结合平台大促/新品/会员日节奏,输出「人-货-场」匹配打法,明确不同阶段的投放目标(曝光/拉新/转化/复购)。

--投放执行与优化

-独立完成账户结构搭建、人群包圈选、关键词/资源位/创意/出价策略制定;

-每日监控数据,按小时级调整出价、预算与人群,确保达成既定KPI(CTR、CVR、ROI、CPA);

-深度使用达摩盘、数据银行、策略中心,沉淀高潜人群包并做A/B测试,持续降低获客成本。

--竞品洞察与流量反攻

-每日跟踪行业TOP10竞店流量结构、关键词排名、创意卖点,输出《竞品攻防报告》; 发现竞品薄弱流量入口(长尾词、时段、地域、资源位),快速组织反攻抢量。
